Privacy Policy
General
UMoney respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect on umoney.co.il, why, who we share it with and what your rights are, in line with the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, including Amendment 13.

What we collect
Form details: name, phone, email (optional) and any extra details you choose to add, such as revenue or industry.
Purchase details: the cash flow model is paid on the Grow (Meshulam) checkout page. We receive name, phone, email, amount and transaction number. Card details never reach us.
Direct contact: WhatsApp messages, phone calls and emails.
Technical data: the page a form was sent from, anonymous usage statistics and cookies (see below). IP addresses are used temporarily to block spam.
Why we use it
To get back to you and provide the service you asked for; to deliver files you purchased; to manage the business relationship in our CRM; to improve the site and measure advertising; to protect the site from abuse; and to meet legal duties such as tax and bookkeeping.
Is providing data mandatory
There is no legal obligation to give us any data. You provide it voluntarily and with your consent, but without a name and phone number we cannot contact you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with providers working for us, and only as needed: Kaveret (CRM), Grow/Meshulam (payments), Google (Analytics, Google Ads, Gmail), our web host and Cloudflare (security and delivery). Some providers may store data on servers outside Israel.
Cookies
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising. Cookies are on by default, and you can opt out at any time with the button below, in the cookie banner or in your browser settings.
How long we keep data
Enquiries that did not lead to an engagement are kept for up to 24 months. Client and purchase records are kept as required by tax and bookkeeping rules.
Security
The site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to our systems is limited to authorised people, and we take reasonable measures to protect your data. No method is completely secure.
Your rights
You may review the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and opt out of any mailing. Write to info@umoney.co.il and we will reply within 30 days. You may also contact the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page.
