General
The website umoney.co.il (the "Site") is operated by בירס מעוף (Birs Maof), trading as UMoney ("UMoney", "we"). Use of the Site, submitting your details and purchasing products on it are subject to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the Site.
These terms are published in Hebrew, Russian and English; in case of any discrepancy, the Hebrew version prevails.

Services and products
Financial consulting for businesses: a free 15-minute diagnostic call; a strategy session and financial statement review from 1,850 ILS + VAT; ongoing outsourced CFO support, business plans and credit raising. The scope, price and terms of each service are agreed in advance in a quote or agreement.
Digital products: the Excel cash flow model in a Starter version for 249 ILS and a Pro Multi-Bank version for 390 ILS. Prices include VAT and are a one-time payment with no subscription. Each kit includes an Excel file and user guides in Hebrew, Russian and English.
Purchase, payment and delivery
Payment is made on a secure payment page operated by Grow. We do not store your payment details.
Once the payment is approved, a personal download link and a tax invoice are sent to the email entered on the payment page. The link is valid for 7 days. There is no delivery cost.
If the link has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder or call us at 03-3021385 and we will send it again.
Cancellations and refunds
The models are digital information that can be copied. Therefore, in accordance with the exceptions to the right of cancellation in section 14C of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, the purchase cannot be cancelled or refunded once the download link has been sent.
If the file you received is damaged or does not open, contact us and we will send a working file. If we cannot provide a working file, the amount paid will be refunded.
Cancelling a pre-arranged meeting or consulting service is subject to the terms set in the quote or agreement.
License and intellectual property
With the purchase, the buyer receives a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the model for the needs of their own business. Copying, selling, distributing, publishing or sharing the files with others is not permitted.
All content on the Site, including texts, design, models, guides, logo and trademarks, belongs to UMoney and is protected by copyright. It may not be copied without prior written consent.
Liability
The content on the Site, the articles, models and guides are general information and a management aid; they are not tax, legal or investment advice and do not replace a professional review of your specific situation.
The user is responsible for the data entered into the model and for decisions made on its basis. UMoney is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, and its liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
We work to keep the Site running smoothly but do not guarantee its uninterrupted availability.
Your details and privacy
Details you leave in the Site's forms are used to contact you about your request. They are stored and processed as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Each purchase is governed by the version in force when it was made.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter relating to these terms or the use of the Site.
