Why Standard Reports Don't Help the CEO

When data is scattered across Excel files and different systems, decision-making becomes a gamble.

Reports That Arrive Too Late

Your bookkeeper produces a trial balance weeks after month-end. By the time the numbers reach your desk, the loss has already happened and can no longer be prevented.

The Total Revenue Illusion

On the top line everything looks like growth, but beneath the surface strong branches or best-selling products are subsidizing failing activities that burn capital.

Dozens of Hours on Manual Spreadsheets

Staff spend long hours copying rows and numbers from file to file, make formula mistakes and end up with conflicting figures that create arguments instead of decisions.

Frequently asked questions about BI and business spreadsheets

Which is better: Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel?

Google Sheets is ideal when several employees in different locations work on the same spreadsheet at once (for example, the warehouse and the sales team). Excel is the choice for very large datasets (tens of thousands of rows) or complex financial modeling with macros. We work in both environments.

Can my assistant or manager fill in these spreadsheets?

Absolutely. We make the data entry interface as simple as possible, with drop-down lists, error validation and hints. Filling it in takes no more than 10-15 minutes a day.

Do you provide support after the model is delivered?

Yes. The development price includes a warranty period of technical support, during which we answer questions promptly and make the necessary adjustments as you use the model.
